Seattle, Last Day: Departure Days 4(Jun. 15) and 5(Jun. 16) were all taken with my film camera, Canon A-1 SLR. I haven't scanned them yet, so bare with me.
My trip in Seattle was splendid. Seattle treated me well and I would love to visit again in the future. The flight home was quick and interesting. Sat next to a religious man and he preached 'bout God, but his up bringing was interesting. Plus, he used to live in the Coachella Valley. Interesting chizz.
Tyler, Cody, Carlos, Krystina and I think Gabe came over during the evening. Good way to end a trip. And I gave 'em their gifts.
Seattle, Day 3: Space Needle
Mall with aunt's friend then Natalie and I got to celebrate our birthday at the Space Needle for dinner:
Sky City Restaurant
Space Needle
400 Broad Street
Seattle, WA 98109
Did you know the floor in the Space Needle rotates? Well, it does. People eating within the restaurant placed notes on the window sill for others to interact with. Damn good fun.
Seattle, Day 2: Downtown Seattle
Rent-a-Car from Hertz. Drove 'bout 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Ate lunch at Thoa's:
Thoa's Restaurant & Lounge 96 Union Street
Seattle, WA 98101
A Vietnamese cuisine. I got some bomb ass Kobe patty with gravy and rice. DAMNGOOD, I still fantasize 'bout it. Went to a fisherman's market called Pike Place. Great stores and the energy is great. Tried some free tea. Then Capitol Hill where I am sure they have Pride there. Found nice thrift stores. Headed home, but took a detour to the Westfield in Seattle. It's GODDAMN HUGE. Three stories high, we barely walked the whole thing.
Seattle, Day 1: Arrival
Palm Springs Airport to Sea-Tac Airport in Seattle. Flight was slightly tiring. Aunt's friend came to pick us up. Went to dinner at Chandler's Crabhouse:
Chandler's Cove, South Lake Union
901 Fairview Ave. North
Seattle, WA 98109
Their daughter, Meghan, was adorable and it made us miss my baby sis, Kyle. Good chill evening as a start off to our trip. High point? The city stays light 'til 10PM! It's pretty damn great, hah.
Muther fuckin' Los Angeles!
Slept over at Cody's casa with Tyler and Carlos. I was the designated driver to LA. Spent ages finding a place for parking. We ended up just going to a few places. Good Will and Amoeba. Afterwords we left LA and headed for Cabazon. Running on two hours of sleep was extremely tiring. NOTE TO SELF: GPS would definitely make getting around easier. Not be so tight on cash.
Highlight of the day: We met Charlyne Yi from the movie Paper Heart, in front of Good Will from asking her directions. Down side? We realized it once she left.
I started off the day just having a one-on-one with Carlos, but eventually met up with Tyler and Jeremy for Encore Night at LQHS. Afterwards, Katy and Jenni joined us to Carlos' casa followed by Cody. By the end of the night we settled to buy some snacks at Wal-Mart and all went to my house. Not much pictures to show, but definitely better than none.
Palladium Boots came in today and my two books I bought yesterday. LIFE Magazine's most memorable photographs that came with 25 prints and Yakuza Moon.

About a week or so ago, before my Seattle trip came a lizard crawling and taking shelter throughout my home. I caught him with much difficulty due to my pansy-ness, but I got him! Named him Seattle after my soon-to-be trip and let him go about an hour later because he clearly needed nature in his life. Plus, Kyle is too aggressive since it was her first pet and her only instinct was to shake the jar Seattle was in. Tsk, tsk Kyle. Well enjoy!
